This cheerful folk-art calico cat sits serenely at the centre of a warm cream background, her bold patchwork coat flowing in sweeping sections of orange, black, and white, with a ringed grey-and-black tail curling around her paws. Pink-lined ears, bright green eyes, and a tiny pink nose give her an irresistible personality, while the raw-edge applique style makes every bold shape feel lively and graphic against the soft background. Do note the pieces are a bit small at those sizes: many stitchers merge a couple of neighbouring pieces cut from the same fabric, or leave the tiniest accents out, and the design still reads beautifully.
